This is a juried show. Please email pictures of your work or setup from another event. The committee will look at them and let you know if you have been accepted. DO NOT FILL OUT THE APPLICATION UNLESS YOU HAVE SUBMITTED PHOTOGRAPHS to [email protected].
All work must be original, handmade, and created by the artist/artisan. Antique vendors and food product vendors ( jam, jelly, honey, olive oil, dip mix, produce, etc.) are also accepted. Booth space may be shared by up to two exhibitors. Booths must be staffed during festival hours. We have a limited number of spaces available. They will be assigned in the order that we receive application forms.
Festival Hours:
Friday- 9:00 am until, Downtown Lyons on South Broad St.
Set up: 7:00 am - 9:00 am, remain open until streets clear
Saturday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm - Partin Park outside of the Dream House
Set up: 7:00 am - 9:00 am, remain open until 5 pm, and leave at 6 pm (or until the park is clear of pedestrians).
• Booth sizes: Friday downtown Lyons, 12' x 12' (you need to provide a tent, table, and chair)
Saturday at Partin Park 14’x14’, outside (you need to provide a tent, table, and chair)
