2026 Super Kids Race

The Southeast Georgia Soap Box Derby Super Kids Race was another unforgettable event filled with excitement, smiles, and community spirit at Partin Park in Lyons.

The Super Kids Race is a special event designed to give children with disabilities the opportunity to experience the thrill of Soap Box Derby racing in a safe, encouraging, and supportive environment. Families, volunteers, sponsors, and community members came together to celebrate the racers and create a day full of unforgettable memories.

Congratulations to Luke Parris for winning this year’s Super Kids Race and earning the opportunity to travel to Akron, Ohio!

Throughout the day, racers enjoyed cheering crowds, exciting rides down Derby Hill, and a fun-filled atmosphere centered around encouragement and inclusion. Following the race, participants and families enjoyed lunch sponsored by Chick-fil-A of Vidalia. We are incredibly thankful for their support in helping make the event special for our racers and families.
