Become a vendor!

Hot foods, drinks, and merchandise are welcome!

You do not have to have a business license to vend.

To provide attendees with a variety of options, vendor spaces for certain products may be limited. We reserve the right to restrict the number of vendors selling similar items such as funnel cakes, boiled peanuts, snow cones, lemonade, and other comparable products.

IF YOU ARE SELLING A TRADEMARKED PRODUCT (I.E., TEMU/ SHEIN ITEMS, MARY KAY, PAPPARAZZI, PAMPERED CHEF, TUPPERWARE, PLEXUS, HERBALIFE, ETC.) THIS IS WHERE YOU SIGN UP AND GO IN AS A VENDOR!!!

Any state, city, government agency, police department, fire department, interested in setting up a booth or participating in this year’s event is encouraged to contact us at 912-526-6445 for more information!

For the benefit of all participants, vendors are asked to keep their displays and sales activities within their assigned booth space on Friday and Saturday. We kindly request that vendors refrain from walking through the vendor corridor to actively solicit business from festival guests. Thank you for helping us create a welcoming and fair marketplace for everyone.

YOU WILL BE ASSIGNED A SPACE FOR FRIDAY AND SATURDAY. IF YOU DO NOT SET UP IN THE DESIGNATED SPACE, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO MOVE ONCE. Each vendor will receive a information packet including arrival time, check-in location, booth assignment, etc. via email before the festival. Please make sure we have the correct contact information for your application.

I understand that participation in The Real Squeal BBQ & Music Festival is voluntary and at my own risk. By checking below below, I release and hold harmless the City of Lyons, Lyons Main Street, Lyons Better Hometown, Inc., event staff, volunteers, and sponsors from any liability for injury, loss, theft, or damages that may occur during the event. I also grant permission for event photos/videos to be used for promotional purposes.

If your setup is larger than 12' x 12', you will need to purchase a second space. Please measure and adhere to these restrictions; if not, you may be asked to leave.

Saturday 10' x 20' space - $160.00

You will be assigned a space for Saturday. You will be asked to move once if you do not set up in the designated space. If you do not comply, you will be asked to leave.
