First Annual Scare on the Square Downtown Lyons

Lyons Main Street and the Downtown Merchants wanted to treat the community this year with its first annual Scare on the Square. On October 30th the City of Lyons and its merchants opened their doors to all of the ghosts and ghouls around. There were free balloons, a picture booth, live music, and plenty of treats. The turnout was huge, sending some merchants back to the store for more treats. Lyons Main Street purchased 3 skeletons per participating business to indicate where to stop. It was great fun and we are already planning on a bigger event next year!
